Roasted butternut squash is also helpful for women in recovery. Through taking squash you will get vitamin A and C in your body. Vitamin A can be used for the eye and immune system functioning. Through taking squash, you will have vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 deficiency is mostly found on the people that that suffer from alcoholic and drug substances.
Green tea consists of theanine that is used for cooling the brain thus women in recovery can use it. Green tea also enables lowering cortisol levels in a person. If as a mom you do not like the green tea then you can use it with other teas that do not have caffeine.
