People nowadays are paying keen attention to their general wellbeing. People are watching their diet ,and eventual health in order to prevent lifestyle diseases. A woman who is 40 years of age looks 30 when compared to early years when someone who was 30 looked 40. This has been contributed by the increased change in lifestyle and the education on taking good care of our bodies.

This can only be influenced by several factors.Wellness and healthy diet are the main contributors. Nutrition is defined as the procedure involving the absorption of nutrients in a human body that will help in the development of our bodies.Wellness is the self-motivated process of being cautious in selecting choices that will contribute to healthy lifestyle.

Wellness doesn’t have to include being illness free.Wellness is divided into 8 groups. They are financial, spiritual, physical, emotional, occupational, and intellectual being.

It is considered the aspect that will promote a healthy body.Physical wellness incorporates mental wellbeing, nutrition, physical practice and spiritual wellness. With physical practice you ensure that your body has the required flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and much more. Excersing the body is helpful in general workability and disease prevention.

Nutrition is the main fuel that the body relies on for [proper functioning.A balanced diet has all the necessary nutrients needed by the body. Getting proper nutrition will help in provision of energy to take us throughout the day. There are three meals recommended for one to take daily and breakfast is the most important. one should take breakfast like a king for it will ensure you have energy to keep you going thought the day.A hungry person will be an angry person thus moods that will affect your body and those around you.

mental wellbeing is beginning to be taken seriously by people than it was done in the past.people have been enlightened on how metal being will affect general performance of someone. people are enrolling in mental fitness classes or even doing this exercises in their homes. Yoga is great for this relaxation and body massage. Body massage is known to provide the mind with relaxation thus ensuring proper wellbeing. A stress free mind will be fast in grasping things and quick in thinking or reasoning out in any situation.

Wellness will determine the kind of life you will live a happy or unhappy one.If you are not fit in any other the 8 dimensions chances of not living your life fully are high. Try and take care of your body to ensure that you live a long life that is fulfilling in all specs from emotional.to physical wellbeing.
